SCHOOL ADMISSIONS & FORMS

If your child is starting primary or secondary school and needs their parish priest to sign the form please send us an email at admin@stpetersbrockley.org.uk with the name of your child.

A member of our admin team will then contact you with details of when you can get your supplementary forms signed and stamped by one of our resident curates, usually on a Sunday after the morning service. However we can be flexible where necessary.

Please note that we need you to complete the form before it can be signed.
